Easy Peasy Butternut Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 large butternut squash
- 125 g butter
- milk
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- cream (optional)
Recipe
- 1 peel and deseed butternut.
- 2 cut butternut into cubes and boil until tender.
- 3 mash butternut or liquidise in food processor.
- 4 melt about butter in a pot.
- 5 pour butternut into the pot, and add milk to thin it out.
- 6 add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- 7 stir well, cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- 8 serve with a dollop of cream (optional).
