Jiffy Cream Of Artichoke And Mushroom Soup (a Pantry Recipe)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, reserve juice
  • 1 (10 ounce) can water (and artichoke juice)

Recipe

  • 1 chop artichoke, into soup size pieces.
  • 2 add to soup and water and bring just to a boil.
  • 3 serve immediately. this is good topped with cheese.
