Pepperoni Pizza Soup

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
  • 3 (10 3/4 ounce) cans water
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano, crushed
  • 1/3 cup pepperoni, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 in a large pan combine soup, water and garlic, bring to boil over high heat.
  • 2 stir in macaroni, green onion, oregano and pepperoni. cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until macaroni is almost done.
  • 3 pour into 4 oven proof bowls, top with cheeses, broil for 3-5 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
