Skillet Herb Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle chicken with sage and thyme.
- 2 pour 1/2 t olive oil into medium skillet and heat over medium heat 1 minute. add chicken and cook 15 minutes or until chicken is browned and no longer pink. remove and keep warm.
- 3 remove pan from heat. pour other half tablespoon of olive oil in pan. add garlic, return to heat and cook 30 seconds until lightly browned.
- 4 add soup and water. reduce heat to low and heat through. serve over chicken.
