Skinnier Pot Pie

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast
  • 10 ounces reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup low-fat biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 in a pie plate, combine mixed frozen vegetables, chicken breast, and mushroom soup.
  • 2 in a separate bowl, mix biscuit mix with milk.
  • 3 pour on top of the filling in the pan.
