Mango Or Cantaloupe Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 ripe mangoes or 2 cantaloupes
  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Recipe

  • 1 peel mangoes and remove seeds. dice fruit and combine with juices in blender or food processor. blend until smooth. add more pineapple juice for a thinner consistency, if desired.
