- 2 ripe mangoes or 2 cantaloupes
- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- 1 peel mangoes and remove seeds. dice fruit and combine with juices in blender or food processor. blend until smooth. add more pineapple juice for a thinner consistency, if desired.
