One Dish Chicken 'n Rice

Ingredients

- 1 can 98% fat free broccoli cheese soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup raw wild rice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces frozen vegetables, italian blend thawed
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 coat a 2 quart shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
- 3 mix together all ingredients well and place in prepared dish.
- 4 cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- 5 check for doneness of chicken and rice.
