Slow Cooker Mexican Meat

Total Time: 6 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs stewing beef
  • 10 ounces cream of celery soup
  • 4 ounces chopped green chilies

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in slow cooker. stir well to coat meat.
  • 2 cook on high 6 to 8 hours.
  • 3 use a potato masher to blend liquid and separate meat.
  • 4 it should just fall apart when done.
  • 5 use this recipe for burritos, soft tacos, tostadas, and bean dip or some like it just over rice.
