- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can low-fat cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- 2 pour salsa and soup over chicken.
- 3 cook on low 6-8 hours.
- 4 remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
- 5 serve over rice.
