Slow Cooker Taco-chili Soup

Total Time: 6 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs very lean stew meat
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans mexican-style stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, liquid reserved
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, liquid reserved

Recipe

  • 1 cut large pieces of stew meat in half and brown in a large skillet.
  • 2 combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker, along with 3/4 cup water.
  • 3 cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours.
