Quicker Than The Original Delicious, Creamy, Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 4 cups potatoes, shredded
• 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3/4-1 teaspoon celery seed
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons parsley, snipped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon season salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon dill weed
• 3 dashes crushed red pepper flakes
• 1 cup milk
• 1 3/4 cups cream
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• crumbled bacon
• fresh snipped chives
• shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 in a pan combine first 11 ingredients. bring to a boil.
• 2 cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
• 3 add 1 cup milk.
• 4 add 1 3/4 cup cream.
• 5 add in 8 ounces cream cheese.
• 6 stir until combined and smooth.
• 7 return to boil then simmer until potatoes have finished cooking.
• 8 remove from heat.
• 9 garnish with bacon, chives and shredded cheddar.
