Ingredients

- 1 quart beef stock
- 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 8 ounces smoked sausage, sliced
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 cups kale or 3 cups spinach
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except kale in slow cooker. cover and cook on high 4-5 hours, adding kale during last 15 minutes.
