Skin Glow Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 small cucumbers
  • 3 -4 tablespoons mint leaves
  • 3 cups low-fat yogurt
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 blend all the ingredients in a blender.
