Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 4 ounces cucumbers, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 orange, chopped
- 3 ounces spring onions or 3 ounces red onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 1 cup ice water
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
Recipe
- 1 pulse half of all ingredients in a food processor to desired consistency.
- 2 cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs, or overnight.
