Rice Soup With Chicken Cubes

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken meat, cut into cubes and boiled
  • 1 fennel, branch
  • 1 -2 purple onion, sliced
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 -2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 -2 teaspoon black pepper, crushed
  • 1 cup rice

Recipe

  • 1 heat a cooking pot, add rice to the pot, then 2l of boiling water, simmer for about 40 minutes at medium heat.
  • 2 heat a frying pan with sunflower oil. add onion, chicken cubes, stir in for 3 minutes, add pepper, salt, sugar then continue for 3 minutes mix all together to complete.
  • 3 ladle soup into a bowl, garnish with a fennel branch.
  • 4 sprinkle a little pepper if you like. serve hot.
