Ingredients

- 1 medium onion, diced
- 225 g mange-touts peas, topped and tailed
- 1 small potato, diced
- 25 g butter
- 600 ml vegetable stock
- 300 ml milk
Recipe
- 1 melt butter and sauté onion until transparent.
- 2 add mange tout, potato and stock.
- 3 bring to boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4 take off heat, add milk and liquidize. reheat if needed.
