Renee's Potato Cheese Soup #5fix

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 gallon milk, all others curdle (i use 2 percent)
- 1 (20 ounce) bag simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese (i use american, you could use any kind or combination)
Recipe
- 1 place butter in a dutch oven, melt, add flour, whisk together. slowly add milk, whisking until no longer lumpy. add potatoes, and cheese, cook until potatoes are cooked, and cheese is melted!
