Renee's Potato Cheese Soup #5fix

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 gallon milk, all others curdle (i use 2 percent)
  • 1 (20 ounce) bag simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (i use american, you could use any kind or combination)

Recipe

  • 1 place butter in a dutch oven, melt, add flour, whisk together. slowly add milk, whisking until no longer lumpy. add potatoes, and cheese, cook until potatoes are cooked, and cheese is melted!
