Fresh Fruit Soup

Ingredients

- 1 lb bing cherries, pitted or 1 (15 ounce) can dark cherries, drained
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups grape juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 put the cherries, orange juice, sugar, and raspberries in a blender. blend until smooth.
- 2 pour into a large glass pitcher and add cardamom, salt, yogurt, grape juice, and lemon juice. stir with a wire whisk until combined well.
- 3 serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
