Fresh Fruit Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb bing cherries, pitted or 1 (15 ounce) can dark cherries, drained
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups grape juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 put the cherries, orange juice, sugar, and raspberries in a blender. blend until smooth.
  • 2 pour into a large glass pitcher and add cardamom, salt, yogurt, grape juice, and lemon juice. stir with a wire whisk until combined well.
  • 3 serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
