Potato Puff Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/3 cup onion
- 1/3 cup green pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce or 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 (10 ounce) package potato puffs
Recipe
- 1 in skillet combine ground beef, onion, and green pepper.
- 2 cook over medium heat breaking up meat with fork until brown, and vegetables are tender.
- 3 add chili sauce, soup and water.
- 4 turn into 1-1/2 quart casserole.
- 5 cover top with frozen potato puffs.
- 6 bake 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until brown.
