Quick And Easy Chili

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 15 1/2 ounces light red kidney beans, undrained
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 10 1/2 ounces campbell's french onion soup
  • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Recipe

  • 1 in a large heavy pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat breaking up any lumps with a fork. cook until the meat is evenly browned.
  • 2 stir in the remaining ingredients. bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
