Ingredients

- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can refried black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1/2 cup mild thick & chunky salsa
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil on medium high heat.
- 2 reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
