Ingredients
- 12 green chili peppers
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- sea salt
- 8 scallions
- 1 sweet onion
- 2 tablespoons chicken soup base
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup salsa
Recipe
- 1 fire roast green chilies.
- 2 remove skin, seeds and stems.
- 3 blend all ingredients together.
- 4 simmer for 2 hours.
- 5 serve over enchiladas.
