Must Make Mango Salsa

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 large red peppers, seeded and cut into strips
  • 1 large sweet onion, skinned and quartered
  • 0.5 (10 1/2 ounce) jar red pepper jelly (i use braswells)
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro leaf
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • salt
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar of del monte mangoes, drained

Recipe

  • 1 i put everything into the food processor and pulse until fairly fine.
  • 2 you can pulse it to your preference.
  • 3 if you like it chunky, don't do it for too long.
  • 4 if you like it soupy, go for it.
  • 5 you can also do this manually with a knife and dice everything, but that's too much work.
