- 2 cups lentils
- 8 cups water
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 cup lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 boil 8 cups water.
- 2 chop parsley, onion and carrot.
- 3 add to boiling water along with lemon cumin and salt.
- 4 let cook for about 30 minute on medium heat.
- 5 blen in a blender or food processor to get creamy texture.
