French Fried Potato Cheese Soup

Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen french fries
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 8 ounces velveeta cheese, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine potatoes, water, bouillon, onion salt, paprika and pepper in a large saucepan.
- 2 bring to a bowl and reduce heat.
- 3 simmer, covered, for 8 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.
- 4 beat with a mixer until smooth.
- 5 add milk and soup and mix well.
