French Fried Potato Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen french fries
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 teaspoons onion salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 8 ounces velveeta cheese, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 combine potatoes, water, bouillon, onion salt, paprika and pepper in a large saucepan.
  • 2 bring to a bowl and reduce heat.
  • 3 simmer, covered, for 8 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.
