Double Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup gouda cheese, shredded
- salt, pepper
- 5 drops hot sauce
- chives (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in saucepan.
- 2 add onion and celery, stir to soften.
- 3 add flour, to thicken.
- 4 slowly whisk in milk until smooth.
- 5 bring to a simmer.
- 6 add cheeses stirring until blended.
- 7 add salt& pepper to taste and garnish with chives.
