Garlic Broth

Ingredients
- 8 cups vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 sprig fresh sage
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley
- salt and pepper, to tastes
Recipe
- 1 in a covered pot, bring broth to a boil.
- 2 in a soup pot on low heat gently saute the garlic in olive oil, until golden, taking care not to let it brown.
- 3 add boiling broth.
- 4 stir in paprika.
- 5 tie sage, thyme, and parsley into a bundle with string.
- 6 add the bouquet to the pot.
- 7 bring the broth to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes or up to 30 minute for more intense flavor.
- 8 remove the bouquet and season with salt and pepper.
