- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups velveeta cheese
- 2 cups water, divided
- 1 lb sausage
- 1/2 cup flour
Recipe
- 1 cook cauliflower & onion in 1 1/4 cup of water. do not drain. add milk and sausage. add remaining water to flour. stir in to thicken. add cheese & stir 'till melted.
