- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together. spray a 13 x 9 pan with pam. pour into pan. bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
