Mushroom Chicken Baked

Total Time: 30 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 hrs

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast halves (uncooked) or 8 chicken tenders (uncooked)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic

Recipe

  • 1 dip chicken in melted butter and dredge in flour.
  • 2 lay in 9x13" baking pan.
  • 3 sprinkle with salt, pepper, and other seasonings (we like garlic powder).
  • 4 in a separate bowl, mix one can of cream of mushroom soup with 3/4 c nonfat milk and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  • 5 pour mixture over chicken, making sure to completely cover each piece. top with remaining cheese.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
