Mushroom Chicken Baked

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves (uncooked) or 8 chicken tenders (uncooked)
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup nonfat milk
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic
Recipe
- 1 dip chicken in melted butter and dredge in flour.
- 2 lay in 9x13" baking pan.
- 3 sprinkle with salt, pepper, and other seasonings (we like garlic powder).
- 4 in a separate bowl, mix one can of cream of mushroom soup with 3/4 c nonfat milk and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
- 5 pour mixture over chicken, making sure to completely cover each piece. top with remaining cheese.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
