Potato Lasagna

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 peeled and sliced red potatoes
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • desired spices ( ex. garlic, oregano, basil)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 layer the bottom of a 9x13 pan with half of potato slices.
  • 3 pour cheddar cheese over top of potatoes.
  • 4 fry hamburger and add desired spices.
  • 5 layer hamburger over soup layer.
  • 6 lay the ramaining potato slices on top.
  • 7 top with cheese and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
