Potato Lasagna

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 8 peeled and sliced red potatoes
- 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- desired spices ( ex. garlic, oregano, basil)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 layer the bottom of a 9x13 pan with half of potato slices.
- 3 pour cheddar cheese over top of potatoes.
- 4 fry hamburger and add desired spices.
- 5 layer hamburger over soup layer.
- 6 lay the ramaining potato slices on top.
- 7 top with cheese and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
