Potato Mushroom Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees (f).
  • 2 in a very large bowl, mix all ingredients.
  • 3 pour into a casserole pan (sprayed with a non-stick spray).
  • 4 bake for one hour or until potatoes are tender.
