Ingredients

- 1 (2 lb) package frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 combine all ingredients except cornflakes and 1/4 cup of butter.
- 3 mix well and pour into buttered 13 x 9 pan.
- 4 combine corn flakes and 1/4 cup of melted butter.
- 5 sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- 6 bake at 350°f for 45 minutes.
