Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups rice
- 1 (2 1/2 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 4 cups water
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
- 1 brown the ground meat and drain, if necessary.
- 2 add soup mix, rice, cream of mushroom soup and water.
- 3 bring to a boil.
- 4 cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until the rice is tender.
