Red Cold Soup

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • beet, cooked
  • strawberry
  • ginger, fresh diced
  • lime juice (lemon will do)

Recipe

  • 1 reserve water from cooking the beets, just in case you want to thin the soup out a bit.
  • 2 after the beets are cooled, either leave them in the pot and use a stick blender or, better, place in your blender on steroids or food processor.
  • 3 add everything else and blend well.
  • 4 taste and adjust.
  • 5 enjoy!
