Ingredients
- 3/4 lb mushroom
- 2 cups broth
- 12 ounces low-fat evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 finely chop mushrooms.
- 2 in a pot, saute the mushrooms in the oil until they are well cooked.
- 3 add broth and simmer for awhile.
- 4 add seasoning and evaporated milk.
- 5 continue heating, taking off the fire just before it starts to boil.
