Simple Mushroom Soup

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb mushroom
  • 2 cups broth
  • 12 ounces low-fat evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 finely chop mushrooms.
  • 2 in a pot, saute the mushrooms in the oil until they are well cooked.
  • 3 add broth and simmer for awhile.
  • 4 add seasoning and evaporated milk.
  • 5 continue heating, taking off the fire just before it starts to boil.
