- 4 (10 ounce) pkges. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 (2 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 combine cooked spinach and remaining ingredients. mix well.
- 2 pour into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish.
- 3 sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
