- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 2 spring onions
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1/2 red pepper
- 100 g spinach
Recipe
- 1 mash the avocado into the stock until it forms a thick and smooth consistency.
- 2 squeeze in the juice from the lemon and throw in the rest of the ingredients.
