Energizing Raw Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 100 ml light vegetable bouillon
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 100 g spinach

Recipe

  • 1 mash the avocado into the stock until it forms a thick and smooth consistency.
  • 2 squeeze in the juice from the lemon and throw in the rest of the ingredients.
