Ingredients

- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup water
- bouquet garni (a bunch of herbs tied together and immersed during cooking)
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 boil all until garlic and onion are soft. strain and serve.
