Garlic Get Well Soup

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup water
  • bouquet garni (a bunch of herbs tied together and immersed during cooking)
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 boil all until garlic and onion are soft. strain and serve.
