• 2 baking potatoes
• 1 (1 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
• 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

• 1 first of all, all measurements are bogus. she does this by ear, as did i last night. both of us were using copy cat lipton onion soup mix recipe 24452.
• 2 peel potatoes and slice horizontally as if for au gratin. i used one potato per person.
• 3 dump potatoes in a plastic grocery bag (jane used to be a commercial sales person in the plastics industry and tells me they are pretty sterile -- plus they are going into the microwave.
• 4 add oil and soup mix.
• 5 tie off the top.
• 6 shake to mix.
• 7 cut slits in the bag.
• 8 microwave 10 minutes.
• 9 yum.
