Missy Potatoes

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese
  • salt and black pepper
  • 3/4 cup ritz cracker crumbs

Recipe

  • 1 mix first 6 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  • 2 pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish top with cracker crumbs bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
