Ingredients

- 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese
- salt and black pepper
- 3/4 cup ritz cracker crumbs
Recipe
- 1 mix first 6 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- 2 pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish top with cracker crumbs bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
