Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients

- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 place hash browns in a 13x9x2" greased baking dish. mix remaining.
- 2 ingredients, except bread crumbs and butter; pour over potatoes. cover.
- 3 with bread crumbs & top with melted butter. bake at 325* for 1 hour.
- 4 serves 8 - 10.
