Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, cut up, cooked (2 to 2 1/2 cups)
- 4 medium carrots, cut into 2
- 3 medium potatoes, pared and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 3 tablespoons unbleached flour
- 2 1/4 cups water
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in 2 1/2 quart casserole.
- 2 cover and microwave on high (100%) to boiling, 10 to 12 minutes; stir.
- 3 cover and let stand 5 minutes and microwave until vegetables are tender, 10 to 12 minutes more, stirring every 5 minutes.
