Red Gravy

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup soup
  • 1/4 cup stock
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 if the 'soup' is cold warm it over medium heat.
  • 2 mix room temperature stock and corn starch to make a slurry.
  • 3 slowly stir slurry into warm sauce.
  • 4 bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
  • 5 remove from heat and serve.
