- 1 cup soup
- 1/4 cup stock
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 if the 'soup' is cold warm it over medium heat.
- 2 mix room temperature stock and corn starch to make a slurry.
- 3 slowly stir slurry into warm sauce.
- 4 bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
- 5 remove from heat and serve.
