Reuben Chowder

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2-1 cup shredded swiss cheese (fat free if desired)
  • 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained and snipped into short strands
  • 1 (14 ounce) package turkey polish kielbasa or 1 (14 ounce) package turkey polish kielbasa or 12 ounces corned beef

Recipe

  • 1 in saucepan, mix milk, soup and cheese.
  • 2 add sauerkraut,cover, and simmer for 15 mins.
