Ingredients

- 3 cups milk
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1/2-1 cup shredded swiss cheese (fat free if desired)
- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained and snipped into short strands
- 1 (14 ounce) package turkey polish kielbasa or 1 (14 ounce) package turkey polish kielbasa or 12 ounces corned beef
Recipe
- 1 in saucepan, mix milk, soup and cheese.
- 2 add sauerkraut,cover, and simmer for 15 mins.
- 3 add turkey sausage or corned beef.
- 4 cook for 10 minutes or until hot.
- 5 you can serve this with toasted, buttered rye bread sprinkled with caraway seeds, if desired.
