Health Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk

Recipe
