Jan's Spinach Casserole

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 (3 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • 1 (6 ounce) can water chestnuts
  • 1 cup grated swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 chop water chestnuts.
  • 2 cook spinach, under done and mix with other ingredients.
  • 3 cover with cheese and bread crumbs.
  • 4 dot with butter.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
