- 1 cup golden harvest lentils
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1/2 small chopped onion
- 2 inches chopped leeks
- 6 chopped garlic cloves
- 3 chopped carrots
- mild chile pepper
- salt
- basil
Recipe
- 1 boil lentils for 10 minutes.
- 2 add in vegetables and seasonings.
- 3 simmer for 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
