Mom's Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 -8 slices sandwich bread
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 8 -10 eggs
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 12 ounces roll breakfast sausage (i use jimmy dean's hot for extra flavor)
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 place bread at bottom of greased glass baking dish.
- 2 break up sausage into bite-size pieces & cook in pan.
- 3 while sausage is cooking, mix eggs & milk in bowl.
- 4 after sausage is done, add it to the milk & egg mixture.
- 5 pour mixture over bread.
- 6 cover mixture in pan with cheese.
- 7 top off with soup.
- 8 put in oven at 325 degrees in glass dish for about 35-40 minutes or until egg has risen and edges are bubbly (you'll know it's not done if the dish jiggles).
