Ingredients

- 3 lbs beef roast (cut of your choice)
- 14 ounces beef broth
- 14 ounces water
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1 (1 ounce) package dried italian salad dressing mix
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in slow-cooker.
- 2 turn slow-cooker on low and cook for 6 hours.
- 3 note: extra broth makes a great base for vegetable beef soup!
