Slow-cooked Roast

Total Time: 6 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 lbs beef roast (cut of your choice)
  • 14 ounces beef broth
  • 14 ounces water
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dried italian salad dressing mix

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in slow-cooker.
  • 2 turn slow-cooker on low and cook for 6 hours.
  • 3 note: extra broth makes a great base for vegetable beef soup!
